DESCRIPTION:This is our major Canada Day celebration. Club volunteers prepare a grand breakfast featuring pancakes and all the other stuff you could expect master chefs to prepare. Always well attended\, this is one you shouldn’t miss. Breakfast is followed by bowling. You are encouraged to wear Canadian colours and this is one of the rare occasions to wear Red on the Green (a colour usually reserved for umpires).

SUMMARY:Closing Day 2026 - Sunset Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate our bowling year we come dressed in club colors or whites. A fun game or two is followed by a draw\, possibly split in two parts to accommodate all. A social time leads into a light dinner. And then to the sound of a piper members will parade around the green and witness the lowering of flags to signify the end of yet another outdoor bowling season.
