This is a mixed triples, random draw tournament to introduce the Trueman/Buchholz tie breaking system to SLBC Bowlers. After match points, the system evaluates head to head match results and the strength of each team’s opposition by adding their wins.

We are playing 4 short games to demonstrate it. Two 6 end games are played, followed by lunch (BYO) and then another two 6 end games. Sharing your position is allowed. Before registering, you must be reasonably confident that you (and your partner if you have one) can complete all 4 games. This is the first use of Jack Trueman’s new tie breaking system. It is deemed to be superior to traditional tie breaking criteria. Please arrive by 9:45 AM and enjoy the day. The event should end around 3:30 PM.
